It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon and the leaves glistened in the sunlight.
Speaking of Ellen, here she is during the preparations.
I snuck out to capture the guys having some fun with John Deere…
and then some more fun at downtown Mt. Adams.
Meanwhile, back at the house, Ellen and the Bridesmaids were enjoying more placid pursuits…
The “Church of the Steps” (Immaculata) was built in 1859 but the designers had the foresight to made it look modern.
Walking out as a couple
Garrett needed a fist bump to show his joy…
until he got a chance to embrace Ellen at the Fort Mitchell Country Club
The bridal party was so overjoyed with the wedding, that they felt like jumping
Once inside the club, the couple enjoyed the wedding cake. The significant thing about this cake was the fact that “The Renaissance man” Garrett made the cake from scratch.
Just to prove to everybody that the cake was real and scrumptious, Ellen and Garrett decided to cut the wedding cake.
During the reception, I was able to pull Garrett and Ellen away to do some painting by light on the golf course.
To end the festivities, Ellen and Garrett performed a sparkling exit…
and one last chance for Garrett to show his festive exhuberance.
