Just wanted to do a quick post about my Saturday’s wedding which had the largest bridal party of the year, 14 bridesmaids, 9 groomsmen and 1 super adorable flowergirl. The ceremony was in St. Lawrence Church and the formals were at Mount Echo with its great overlook of Downtown Cincinnati. Of course not be overlooked Trina looked spectacular in an off-white dress. Great wedding all around. Thanks guys.
Trina waited for Donny to arrive to do the “first look” portraits…
Did I mention that is was a rather large bridal party?
Husband and Wife. I asked Trina before the reception where her husband was and apparently because of the recency of the ceremony for a split second, she did not know whom I was talking about. It was very cute.
Mount Echo park with its distinct arches provided a nice backdrop. The one thing I don’t like doing is the traditional bridal poses of “guys on one sides, ladies on the other”. To me that is very “old school”. Also it would have appeared unbalanced. So instead the party was posed by staggered groups. I think it looks a lot better this way.
Awesome arches and columns create great lines for this silhouette .
Cupcakes are becoming more of a tradition in the last several years than the standard cake.
