Very often on the wedding day the groom and groomsmen are given a dressing room no larger than a janitors closet. Sometimes these room don’t have any mirrors and/or anything reflective so the groom can look his best for the big moment. Such was the case for my October 6th wedding at Anderson Center when Erik needed to fix his tie. There were no mirrors to speak of and created a problem. To help Erik, I first thought about using the reflection in my sunglasses, but then the fun house mirror effect was less than pleasing. So I pulled a MacGyver and improvised by using my Droid with the video camera rotated to the front. This way Erik could immediately see the results of an instant mirror. Brilliant!!!
