Alright, this isn’t wedding related necessarily, but it is related to me, so I thought I would put up a post.
I am finally finished with my 12 grueling weeks of the Body for Life Challenge. Over the past 84 days, I worked out 92 times, had 102 Cardio sessions and lost track on my supplements spending after the fourth week. Anyway, three days of Carb depletion was a nightmare, but it was worth it. I lost 22 lbs and 11% body fat. I am off to have a #3 at McDonalds, followed by a #2 at Burger King. I can now handhold my camera in one hand and flash in the other all wedding long and not get tired. Hopefully, I can get over my hunger in the next couple of days. Up next on the workout front is the off-season program of heavy weights, where I can get my weight back up to 230 over the winter and go “beyond molecular disclocation” at the gym. Here are some comparison shots from July 20 and today.
Jeff, thanks. I may compete next year again, depending on how this offseason training goes.
Wow dude!
Are you going to compete again?
