That’s not my own title creation, but one of our Knot reviews from our April 23, 2011 bride. As I mentioned before, it is great to request a client review and then receive it, but it is a whole different matter to receive a review without our initiation. This says to me that the clients were so moved by our customer centered wedding experience, that they wanted to sing our praises. That is the kind of goodwill that no amount of money can generate.
